Being a family business AKT Tourism was registered as a closed corporation company in July, 2005.

The partners established the company with the intent of catering for the local and international tourism market. The aims of the company are to offer and showcase clients and visiting guests the natural beauty and splendour of the Western Cape as well as the South African region.

Our Market:
As an inbound tour operator, AKT Tourism prefers to service and associate itself with the inbound tourism market. The company also offers tourism related services to the following clients:

Our Company Structure:
As co-owner and an accredited Western Cape Tourist Guide Ralph Jackson does some of the tours himself with the assistance from other qualified guides when the need arises. The acronym “AKT” is derived from the first names of our children i.e. Tristan-Lee; Keziah-Joy and Abigail-Rose.

Vehicles + Transport:
The company currently operates with a fully air – conditioned, licensed and Roadworthy VW Microbus that can transport 7- 9 Pax at a time.

• AKT Tourism utilizes the services of legal transport and service providers to accommodate the company in the event of increased Pax volumes.
• Drivers + Guides that are licensed and accredited and exhibit friendliness, professionalism, and maintain all aspects of Safety.
