DEPOSITS: 50 % of Tour price due on booking/Final payments must reach us no later than 30 days before departure/Bookings cancelled within 29 days of Tour departure will forfeit full payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 35 – 18 Days prior to departure - 30% of total reservation value//17 – 8 Days prior to departure 50% of total reservation value// Any cancellations within 1 week (7 days)

Forfeits - Total Reservation Value (100 %)

ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation is subject to availability – therefore AKT TOURISM reserves the right to use alternative establishments of similar ratings at its discretion. This will not affect the negotiated price of the tour.

PORTERAGE: Individuals & groups are assisted by Airport porters (unemployed volunteers).Reasonable donations/tips are most welcome (left to individuals discretion)

VEHICLES: Serviced air – conditioned & licensed vehicles /R10 million Passenger Liability (Liability cover could change to accommodate larger groups)//Licensed drivers & accredited tourist guides

OTHER EXCLUSIONS: Tips are not included in tour price – left to individuals’ discretion. AKT TOURISM accepts no responsibility if any documentation is not in order – visitors need to consult with Agencies prior to departures

DISCLAIMER:  AKT Tourism, their partners, employees, agents & associates shall not be held responsible for and shall be exempt from any liability/claims that may arise in respect of any accident, damage, injury, loss, delay or inconvenience to any individual, their luggage or personal property whether the same shall occur & arise from or be occasioned by the negligence of AKT Tourism ,their partners, employees, agents, associates, and other persons indirectly in the employ/service of AKT Tourism of under any other circumstances whatsoever.
